Hi there! Thanks for downloading this free guide. These activities are designed to help kids learn through play while developing different kinds of smart (we call them "intelligences").

Day 1: Word Wizard πŸ“–

Activity: Story Stone Tales

What you need: Smooth stones, permanent markers

How to: Draw pictures on stones (cat, house, tree, etc.). Take turns picking stones and making up a story using the pictures.

Day 2: Number Ninja πŸ”’

Activity: Kitchen Math Snack

What you need: Cereal, crackers, or fruit pieces

How to: Use snacks to practice counting, adding, subtracting. "If I have 5 crackers and eat 2, how many are left?"

Day 3: Art Explorer 🎨

Activity: Nature Collage

What you need: Leaves, flowers, twigs, glue, paper

How to: Go on a nature walk, collect interesting items, create a picture by gluing them to paper.

Day 4: Body Champion πŸ’ͺ

Activity: Animal Movement Challenge

What you need: Just your body!

How to: Take turns calling out animals (frog, crab, elephant, bird). Everyone moves like that animal for 30 seconds.

Day 5: Music Maker 🎡

Activity: Kitchen Band

What you need: Pots, pans, wooden spoons, sealed containers with rice

How to: Turn kitchen items into instruments! Create rhythms and songs together.

Day 6: People Champion πŸ‘₯

Activity: Helping Hands Chart

What you need: Paper, markers, stickers

How to: Create a chart where kids earn a star each time they help someone without being asked.

Day 7: Self Smart πŸ’«

Activity: Feeling Weather Report

What you need: Paper, crayons

How to: Each morning, draw what the weather feels like inside you (sunny=happy, stormy=angry, cloudy=sad, etc.).
